    What this tool does, exactly

    Move pages up or down until the list reads correctly. Every page must remain exactly once, which prevents a reorder from quietly becoming a deletion or duplicate.

    The visible list is copied from top to bottom into the result.
    No missing pages
    Every source page must appear once. Reordering cannot silently delete or duplicate one.
    No quality change
    Only the page tree order changes; page content is copied without rendering.

    About this tool

    Can I use it with a keyboard?

    Yes. Tab to a page's move button and press Enter or Space. Every control names the page and direction.

    Will links and annotations move with the page?

    Page annotations and resources are copied with their page. Document-wide relationships may depend on the original file and should be checked.
