GLM-OCR model weights

Steady PDF does not serve these weights. The Deep reader downloads them, on a
visitor's request, from Hugging Face:

  src/core/deep-manifest.js)

The weights are GLM-OCR by Zhipu AI (Z.ai), https://huggingface.co/zai-org/GLM-OCR,
published under the MIT License as declared on both model cards
("license: mit"); the ONNX conversion is by the onnx-community (Hugging Face)
under the same declaration. Neither repository carries a LICENSE file at the
pinned revision, so the licence text is reproduced here from the declaration.
